As we launch a new year with overall wellness at the forefront of our minds, we invite you to join us on the journey while we strive to become WELL Certified™. In other words, we don’t want you to just a have a place to work, but an enjoyable environment where you can truly thrive.
Sensory overload is inescapable these days. Open offices, roommates, and even overcrowded yoga classes can be tough to take when we’re having one of those days. Lack of privacy is the new normal, leaving many of us with a longing to retreat in silence for meditation, prayer, or just to catch our breath. Fending off bright flickering lights, jolting sounds and the general bustle of our environments drains our precious energy as we subconsciously play defense while trying to make headway through our various tasks, be it for work, leisure, or while in transit. Beginning Tuesday, January 10, you will be able to experience a calming BuddhaBooth first hand. You can witness the uniquely insulated curved design, feel the luxuriously upholstered interior and, thanks to the 5-layer sound insulation process, you can experience the sensation of virtual silence as you step into the mindfully created space which is small enough to feel enveloped yet spacious enough to relax.
Thanks to an abundance of recent scientific studies, we know, without a doubt, that taking a few minutes every day to sit in a quiet space can change the way we work.
