Mim Senft has over 20 years of corporate experience in project management, benefits design and wellness program strategy and implementation. She specializes in providing companies with strategies that positively impact culture and create team innovation. She is a certified as a Worksite Wellness Specialist through the National Wellness Institute; has her GBA group benefits designation through the International Foundation of Benefit Professionals (IFEBP); her property and casualty insurance certification, Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), through the Insurance Institute of America; and became a certified yoga instructor in 2006. Prior to founding Motivity Partnerships, she worked with over 70 clients in a variety of industries including finance, manufacturing, law, fashion/retail and not-for-profit. Some representative companies include Optum @ Goldman Sachs, Springleaf Financial, Tory Burch, Steptoe and Johnson Law Firm, Natures Path, Open Door and Consolidated Precision Products.
Mim currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Wellness Institute and is a member of The Global Wellness Institute’s Future of Well Work Initiative. She is a regular speaker at conferences and roundtable discussions on topics related to employee benefits, corporate wellness/wellbeing programs, and keeping a competitive edge in today’s workplace. She also co-facilitates the Worksite Wellness Academy for the National Wellness Institute’s annual conference.
Daniel F. Jones, Ph.D.
Organizational and Leadership Psychologist
Daniel Jones is a Consulting Psychologist with thirty years experience providing leadership and organizational development services to a large range of clients. He specializes in working with senior leaders in organizations, providing in-depth consultation in the areas of leadership and organizational change, personal and organizational mission, emotional intelligence, interpersonal awareness and influence, and organizational effectiveness and growth. In addition to consulting to many Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of industry sectors, he has had extensive experience advising leaders in start-ups, new and emerging business models and products, and family businesses. His international experience is also broad, having consulted to leaders and organizations in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Canada, and Myanmar.
He brings to his consulting work an in-depth understanding of individual personality, human motivation, group dynamics, and organizational structure, together with extensive knowledge and experience of how these factors enter into the success of organizations and their leaders.
In addition to his own consulting practice, he is an Adviser with Armstrong Bonham Carter, LLP, of London UK, a Board Evaluation consultancy.
Dan has a B.A. from Wesleyan University; he holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from New York University. In addition, he completed a four-year program of postdoctoral education and training at the William Alanson White Institute of Psychiatry, Psychoanalysis, and Psychology. He is a former member of the faculties of New York University and Rutgers University.
Andy Harrison is in Corporate Strategic Marketing and Product Development, with extensive business planning with financial projections. He has an understanding of competitive marketing analysis with bench marketing and market assessment. He is able to assisting is product development from concept to inception with overseeing the entire process from research to planning potential upgrades.
Andy has led the development of a marketing-promotions platform which blends gaming, social media, gamification, couponing and sweepstakes with the development of marketing strategies, designed reporting/analytics requirements, identified/selected vendors/ employees, assisted in development of fundraising materials, and raised capital.
His current assignments include a Marketing Partnership development for Pitney Bowes through their agency, market strategy and research for restaurant marketing platform and a business plan and financial projections for two new companies.
Andy has an M.B.A in Marketing from Harvard Business School.
Mitchell C. Stein
Mitchell C. Stein is a partner in the Intellectual Property Group and Litigation Department of the firm’s New York Office, and an editor of the firm’s Trending Trademarks blog.
Mitchell focuses his practice on litigation and licensing related to trademarks, software, e-commerce, copyrights, and rights of publicity. He has represented companies across a wide range of industries, including software development, e-commerce, biotech, life sciences, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, sports, entertainment, gaming, fashion, food and restaurants.
He is also a member of the firm’s Art & Museum Law Group.
Mitchell received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Boston University School of Law and his Bachelors of Arts education he received from Tufts University. He passed the Bar Admission in both New Jersey and New York.
